Rates
$250 for an initial 55-minute assessment
$200 for additional 55-minute sessions
Insurance
Dr. Hoesing is an out-of-network provider. You may wish to submit a claim to your insurance company. All necessary information for submitting a claim is provided in the form of a superbill. Many people choose to also use their FSA (Flex Spending Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account) to pay for services.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
It is your responsibility to be aware of your insurance coverage prior to coming in for your first appointment. Dr. Hoesing cannot be responsible for providing information about your specific coverage.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check, and credit card payments are accepted including HSA and FSA cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. This fee is NOT billable to insurance.
